2003-2004.5 fuel filter adapter used when relocating lift pump to the frame rail or to plumb in your own lift pump. Adapter is tapped for 1/4" NPT (3/8" line size). Rear port accepts JIC/AN fitting for clean installation of your choice of inlet fittings.

Installation requires one Cummins O-ring p/n 3010937 and your choice of 1/4 MPT inlet fitting/adapter.
